Dr. Kellum is one of most kindest and caring surgeons or Doctors I have ever met. I came to him with very painful arthritis in my feet and neuropathy. I was treated with stem cells and have been pain free ever since. Not only did it relieve my pain it helped the neuropathy. I will forever be grateful!

STRONGLY RECOMMEND! As someone who ran hospitals for 30 years I know medicine fairly well and can discern good physicians even better. I chose Dr. Kellum for treatment of a torn rotator cuff after consulting with two other well known orthopedic surgeons who insisted surgery was the only choice for a .75 in tear. Dr. Kellum made NO promises but was optimistic. The procedures went very well and I had almost no pain. After 20 follow up PT rehab treatments I went from VERY restricted movement to TOTAL movement. That was 5 years ago! and I am still doing incredibly well. STRONGLY RECOMMEND him.
